The Diartis has a very modern structure. For example, this is characterized by the flexibility to conduct an application procedure completely virtually and to hire me - without ever having seen me physically. Also the fact that a departing employee was willing to introduce me on site despite a lockdown (compliance with the rules was guaranteed at all times) speaks for itself. On the 2nd day, I was already working in the home office, yet I did not have the feeling of being abandoned for a moment - that also distinguishes me.
