Nothing motivates you to work for a longer time, only if only if you fail and have no other choice then stay here, otherwise it's a waste of time.

In every aspect, The salary is very very low, also the supervisors need to be re-educated because they behave like the are living in 1923 not in 2023.

Die Umgebung am Flughafen und die Restaurant sind gut sonst bei der Firma Swissport gibt es nicht gut.

Die Kultur! Keine Anpassungsfähigkeiten und keine Flexibilität. Sinnlose Aufgaben ohne der Wille zur Prozessverbesserung oder Änderungen. Arbeitsatmosphäre ist sehr schlecht. keine Fairness im Team und kein Vertrauen zwischen Team und Management. Eigentlich nur Hass und Hetze. Keine Kollegiale Zusammenarbeit und Kein Respekt im Umgang miteinander Autoritäres Vorgesetztenverhalten ohne Know-how. 99% der Manager sind Männer Alte Büroräume, alte Möbel, alte computer, alter stinkender Teppich im Büro und im Flur. Mitarbeiter die hier 20 Jahre gearbeitet haben und keine andere Erfahrung haben, sind stur und unflexibel.
