No idea what works. Looks like the HR either lacks manpower or motivation or simply don’t respect the candidates.

The application process is so slow. I applied for a position last year (2022) in first week of April and got a reply in two weeks for the first interview with the HR. Then I was told that I will hear in next 2 weeks about a decision but I didn’t hear even during the third week. So I wrote myself asking about an update. But instead, I got this reply, „ Thank you again for your application. We have many applications for this role and are currently checking them. Sorry for the delay. We will give you an update as soon as possible. Thanks again,“. This reply kept coming around every 2-3 weeks. Finally, I heard about it in the middle of July. This is totally ridiculous. This year again, I applied for a position and same thing started. So, I withdrew the application immediately and also an open applications waiting to be executed for a year. I will never apply to this company.

The atmosphere inside the company is great. I really enjoy working at Optotune.

The recruitment was very clear and went quickly as well as the initial training phase. I don't see much room for improvement since everything went perfectly for me.

High growth company with multiple very large projects and an unique technology portfolio. Interview process was smooth, professional, and quick. Great company values and flat hierarchies.

Interviews were technical: be prepared to solve problems on the white board even if you are an experienced professional. This came as a surprise to me, could have been explained better.

There is a very nice work life balance ad attention to employees needs.

The horizontal hierarchy allows for nice communication and growth.

The structure of the company could be clearer and sometimes it is not always easy to understand who is responsible for certain things.

Optotune has an excellent and efficient recruitment process: The cloud based scheduling tool worked well. The right people came to the interviews and they were very well prepared, took their time and asked the right questions. I did never expected such a high level of professionalism in the recruitment process from a SME in the size of Optotune.

I do not see substantial potential for improvement in the recruitment process.

The application process is transparent and fast, a couple of weeks in total in my case. The interview was interesting and performed in a friendly yet professional way, and the HR department provided me with useful information concerning relocation in Switzerland.

The interview could have been a bit longer maybe, and focus a bit more on the internship description.

within a modern and highly skilled employee environment, working hours intensity is high and the time for newcomers among colleagues is limited. Self- guidance and exploration, is therefore the challenge to be questioned for further improvement

The management of the company is partially inconsistent and processes can seem chaotic.
