No idea what works. Looks like the HR either lacks manpower or motivation or simply don’t respect the candidates.

The application process is so slow. I applied for a position last year (2022) in first week of April and got a reply in two weeks for the first interview with the HR. Then I was told that I will hear in next 2 weeks about a decision but I didn’t hear even during the third week. So I wrote myself asking about an update. But instead, I got this reply, „ Thank you again for your application. We have many applications for this role and are currently checking them. Sorry for the delay. We will give you an update as soon as possible. Thanks again,“. This reply kept coming around every 2-3 weeks. Finally, I heard about it in the middle of July. This is totally ridiculous. This year again, I applied for a position and same thing started. So, I withdrew the application immediately and also an open applications waiting to be executed for a year. I will never apply to this company.

The atmosphere inside the company is great. I really enjoy working at Optotune.

The recruitment was very clear and went quickly as well as the initial training phase. I don't see much room for improvement since everything went perfectly for me.
