Strong brand, good location lots of potential to move in a better direction.
This could be improved
No leadership style recognizable. The bosses present have no decision-making power whatsoever. If there are problems or concerns, they are always "passed on" and you then hear that this was decided in Sweden. The mentality of the management is that the Swiss earn too much.
