The work is interesting and varied. There are always training courses. If you don't know what to do, there are always colleagues who are happy to help you. The atmosphere in my team is very good and I also feel supported by the team management. Very generous business trips and Christmas dinners. Opportunity to make suggestions for improvement, which are taken seriously and examined.

The workload is very heavy. In my opinion, the employer should do more to relieve the workload of the employees or distribute the work among more people.
