Bedag Informatik AG was a really very good company. It is really exemplary in terms of working conditions and employee benefits. There are celebrations that have always been very successful and were more than generous as a thank you to the employees. There were also smaller presents or other small things for the employees from time to time. Thanks to a great management! Also the colleagues in the Bedag are really friendly and mostly obliging and helpful. Working hours can also be set individually, giving you great flexibility. Leaders are sometimes misused and should either be trained or better monitored in terms of skills and work. Job advertisement did not correspond to the actual circumstances, this is in my opinion a great pity.

The introduction for the new employees is well organized. The conditions of employment are top! With the 13th monthly wage you can buy additional holidays and there are working time models where you can have up to 8 weeks holiday. The teamwork works perfectly.

Much still has to be done by hand and is not automated. That would make some work a lot easier.
