This could be improved

Haven't even got a confirmation receipt of my application in 2 weeks, I just checked and the job ad isn't available anymore. So I assume the position has been filled. This is not an accurate way to treat people's applications.

Hello, I really like the brand /image/ dresses and the Esprit look. However, I am very disappointed and deeply sad, because in my experience management and leadership lack quality and appreciation. I was not allowed to get sick, I was not allowed to go to the toilet and I was even complained about refilling the water. Very questionable boss, who definitely can't build up a team, can act appropriately and can work profitably... Very beautiful handling and discrimination below the team, triggered by leadership... I've had a lot of employers so far, but I've never experienced anything like it in my whole life... People in need of help there!....

I can only confirm the last two evaluations. Unfortunately, it's a take as a take and give. If you talk about esteem, then please do it yourself, otherwise you will always have changes in the stores. Most people don't last long, some 1 month, some 3, some a year. It also has a lot to do with the store managers who are not properly planning obs deployment plans or holidays or whatever. Please be fair and don't prefer the one. Schedules can not be changed again and again, tomorrow this has changed in three days and next week this again. 3 weeks are written and nothing ever stays the way it was.

Sale / Store / Hourly wage Great clothes, customers from 28 and more, selling and advising is really fun. What is not okey for me is that you should be able to use non-stop, if you are sick you hear a timpani every time.
