I have worked at Migros Restaurant for a temporary employment contract for 3 months. 30.September 2021 was my Letze working day, until now I have sent my application to Migros Restaurant unfortunately only rejection although I have a EBA training in the kitchen and also professional experience in the catering industry and even at the Migros Restaurant have collected, there were jobs where very long was free e.g. Migros Restaurant in Stadelhofen yet somehow my application has not arrived. Actually, if you have worked at Migros before, are also priority when you apply in the same branch.

The MGB offers a lot for its employees. Be it good working conditions, good working atmosphere, as well as a staff restaurant, which offers good menus at really great prices. Also the infrastructure is top.

In many cases, promotion opportunities are limited if you have not completed a course of study. I think that's a pity, because it also requires the knowledge of practitioners.

They don't believe in equal rights and equal opportunities. Similarly, extreme savings are made on further training opportunities. Employees' concerns are not addressed.
