This works well in the company
Worked there for more than 4 years and enjoyed it very much ! Of course there is always something that is not as you expect but once you get used to the working times, staff and ways of working then it is fine ! I think they are very good for their staff and patients ! Everywhere things go different, first see and work there for a while, then you know if it is a place for you or not !!

I had 100% hoped for something better in Hirlanden CHAM but that's nothing! No proper leadership, no one knows what to do, constant shift changes even though the monthly plan is in place! 0 Respect for employees! This company is NOT recommended!
