A patriarchal company, away from the modern management style. If the GD wants something, everyone has to jump. Like for example that no home office is possible anymore despite high hospitalization rate. This is monitored at team level: how many MAs per team were on site, how many were not. Sad.

Incompetent leadership who are not willing to move with the times. They throw millions out of the window every year purely out of convenience. They invest massively in foreign countries although this is not part of their mission statement. No appreciation for quality work and resistant to advice.
