The city of Wädenswil likes to present itself as very progressive and modern, which unfortunately is not or hardly implemented. There are many outdated structures and the willingness of employees to change is very deep. The workplace is moderately ergonomically designed and modern topics such as home office are not supported. Current techniques are rarely used. Employment conditions are fair and the atmosphere is positive. If one would go a little more with the time and communicate more actively and more promptly, the application would be very good.
