Wages are good due to the shortage of skilled workers, as in other companies in the industry. The mood and the cohesion of the employees is good. Unfortunately, the mood and priorities of the manager fluctuate a lot.
This could be improved
Team leaders are regularly and deliberately overridden by the business leader. Priorities change weekly and depend on the mood of the manager. If mistakes happen, the employees are to blame. Promises made by the manager are not kept. Very high fluctuation in the company. In case of illness, employees are offered to work in the home office. Many employees leave after 2 years at the latest.
