There is a collegial and very pleasant atmosphere with lots of great people and colleagues. There is a lot of flexibility at work and open communication is encouraged. Another pleasant feature is the approachability of superiors, which makes work and communication much easier.

Communication between the two locations Brig and Zurich could be improved. Depending on the department, you don't get to know much about the other location.
