After my application was absent, I received a direct mail that it had arrived. A short time later I was contacted friendly by phone and invited for a job interview. The lady on the phone was very friendly.
This could be improved
I had to wait 45 minutes for my interview. If I'd been late, I'd have missed the interview. During the interview I was asked questions about myself, e.g. languages that could have been read from my CV. For me, the professor did not seem prepared. Last but not least, I asked about further education opportunities, whereupon I was told that this was not possible in a KV position. I sent an email the next day and excluded myself from the further application procedure.
