MOTOREX vision: -strong, positive corporate culture -problem solving in project teams -active idea management -dynamic and innovative corporate strategy Sounds good, but in the end everything is done the way it has always been done. New employees who want to make a difference are brought down to earth relatively quickly and resign. That's why there are so many changes in this company, but unfortunately in the wrong positions. The working atmosphere is not really there and TEAM work is very important (great, someone else does it). The management turns a blind eye to the reality of the working atmosphere and pats each other on the back instead of reacting and filling certain positions with new people.
