Unfortunately, there are not many positive points to mention. Fortunately, there are some very great employees who stick by each other.

The leadership is not proactive. If there was a little more humanity, it would be a great company.

A lot of things have turned out very well. Starting with a calm but consciously leading co who also responds to feedback and questions from the employees. Over a fixed contact person for personal concerns of chauffeurs and disposition. Up to a motivated warehouse and logistics manager. All of them set a good example and lead the company with all its employees in the right direction. I am looking forward to being a small part of this company in the future - because working like this is fun.

A lot has already changed for the better. You can always improve. I see the greatest potential for improvement in the teamwork of warehouse and dispatch. Some people have to think about their attitude towards work and teamwork. A company where people stick together, think together and work together for the company's progress is exceptional in the situation to perform under the best conditions.

The teamwork is good but can still be developed but not always blame someone else.

One could better organize the transport process, too many unnecessary trips are made.
