This works well in the company

- Great colleagues - Exciting client projects - Modern offices. - Flexible employer. - (Voiceless..) Participation in the employer - Technically very well established, however certain projects have become a bit large and cumbersome (maintenance, upgrades etc).

This could be improved

- Current organization no longer optimal for BSI. (Too unstructured, information does not trickle through, etc.). - Management communication flow ("main supervisor" concept) is suboptimal. - Wages not increasing as expected. - Transparency from management depending on topic Poor but also good, somewhat little is in writing though, you have to "ask through".
