Unfortunately not a good experience, dealing with me was not fair and social !

Social handling of employees ! Was terminated in the probationary period because of illness (corona) !

The colleagues are very helpful and friendly - you feel welcome and appreciated from the first day. There is a relaxed "you" culture, which is underlined by respect and togetherness. The office space is new and very nice as well as pleasant to work in.

The staff restaurant could offer a more extensive diet.

The work was exciting and interesting. The stress level was within limits, the shift leader and the team were very helpful. The shift model looks terrible at first, but it proves to be feasible. Especially because of the good remuneration and compensations. Almost 45 days of vacation per year.

Siegfried urgently needs to part with frustrated and bad employees. They are the ones who cause the bad reputation inside and outside the company.
