Mobbing poor working climate low wage
One is made only vertieg everyone plays the boss, and the bosses themselves ignore the employees in the product . Suggestions for improvement will not even be forwarded. One adapts in the Kahos or one goes so simply the system is there. Constant worker change no one stays long.

The payment is rather bad. Compared to other companies.
Really super employees with a miserable leadership in the office! No wonder one after the other throws in the towel and changes companies.

Top employer for employees with potential and will
This works well in the company
As a young, dynamic Plansee employee, I take my hat off to my employer. The company is constantly changing, and improvements to processes and plants are constantly being made. Time doesn't stand still at Plansee and the constant flow offers a varied working environment. Short official channels ensure faster decisions, a system for making suggestions for improvement has been implemented and is accessible at all times. Supervisors also actively address the suggestions and check them for standardization opportunities beyond their own areas. Digitisation has been boosted in the company and step by step paper is being replaced, work processes simplified and shortened - simply KVP (continuous improvement process). Compared to my previous employers, the working atmosphere is extremely pleasant and you can talk to any man (even managers!) at any time, if necessary. The working hours are top - a high degree of flexibility is to our advantage here. Thanks to a catch-up time account, there is no need to take a holiday even for bridge days. Also here: Communication with superiors increases flexibility when you have to attend appointments that do not take place at off-peak hours. If you want to be encouraged and challenged and have the potential to do so, there are no obstacles in your way. Together with the employees, the employer works out specific development programs for the respective employees with milestones and regular feedback. I personally do not understand the previous comments and cannot confirm them at all from my point of view. Once again: Bravo Plansee - my absolute favorite among three employers. Keep up the good work!
This could be improved
There is potential for improvement in the area of communication. As in any other company, people are at work here - where people communicate, mistakes happen - just like in a game of Chinese whispers, information is lost or misinterpreted. This is a topic that is present throughout the entire process, from the operator to the management. Compared to my previous two employers, I can only say: Bravo Plansee! This is where communication takes place and you are welcome to come and talk to us. But you also have to look for it - this always applies to both employees and employers. So a very small shortcoming - we are whining here on a high level.

Good experience in the last few years?
This works well in the company
I have been working at Plansee Powertech as a CNC fitter for several years and can say that I like my job. The working hours are pleasant. 8h15min fixed. After that, it's off. When there's a lot of work, you're asked if you want to work on Saturdays. It's voluntary. I find the direct superiors (shift supervisors, area managers) pleasant. In principle, they are open to ideas and suggestions. (Heist naturally not that with us a desire concert takes place.) The top executives are sometimes not on the same wavelength and sometimes allow themselves a blunder. However, I have the impression that the division managers are trying to create a pleasant climate. I can't confirm what other commentaries say about bullying. If that's how anyone felt, I'm sorry for them. We get along well with each other, especially among the fitters and the operators. Of course we don't always see at eye level, but that's simply human.

In my opinion our biggest problem at the moment is a lack of experience. Some people with a lot of expertise left while many retired at the same time. The on-the-job training is a little too short. Therefore, the work can sometimes be overwhelming.
