The hierarchy is steep, and employees are often reprimanded sharply if anything is unclear. In salary negotiations, the level of bonus payments for employees is cleverly concealed. Unfortunately, these have never been paid out for various reasons, such as coronavirus, poor business figures or excessive costs. There is no provision for a 13th month's salary.
