This mix is certainly not ideal for everyone, but if you take the times as they are, you can learn to deal with them very well. One of the best things about BAUHAUS is the opportunity to do a variety of activities. This has allowed me to gain different skills and experiences that have developed me both professionally and personally. The opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge has motivated me and I have found my way around my job very quickly. The independence, the diverse activities, the steep learning curve, the empowerment of the employees and the great events (barbecue, ski day...) make it a great place to work.

The variety of activities at BAUHAUS is one of the reasons why I like working here. However, this variety can also quickly lead to a high workload. There are times when you have a lot to do and work for different contacts. Sometimes it can also be unclear exactly where a person's area of responsibility begins and ends. With the new bonus system, exceptional performance may not be rewarded. "If it has to be good" the "hammer price" and "low price" logic should not be applied to employee compensation. Workstations are still equipped with Office 2013, which can make work difficult and inefficient. However, it is good to hear that new computers will be introduced in the near future and we will soon be moving to a modern building.
