Foreign assignments are remunerated with the absolute minimum. The leadership style is quite military and the staff interviews are therefore monologues. Work-Life-Balance is a foreign word on the company premises. The extra mile is the only way to success, by which motivation is measured. A strong dynamic is present in the team, which has not only positive consequences for the working climate.

At Stadler, a very conservative hierarchical management and organizational style is cultivated. this has a very negative effect on the working atmosphere. which can be seen in the high turnover and the dissatisfaction of many employees that precedes it. terminations are and were made because the person did not "please" someone, not because of professional competencies. With a few exceptions, women have no career opportunities, part-time work is tolerated in part but rather smiled at and in most cases not approved. One can easily speak of a two-class society, the management staff and the rest of the employees, here there is a clear separation in terms of respect and appreciation. There are hardly any processes, people always talk about the fact that the company has grown too quickly, for the most part, small companies work much more professionally and efficiently. Employees work a lot of overtime (over 200), which is also very much appreciated in most departments. in some cases, there is a real competition to see who has more overtime. Conclusion: Outside all is well, inside all is bad.
