Very collegial working atmosphere, even private matters are discussed, I have felt valued and accepted since starting work. Good cooperation with all departments Modern, bright rooms, well-equipped kitchen/lounge (free coffee, minerals, apples, snacks...) Regular team meetings and staff information strengthen communication Concerns are taken seriously and treated confidentially

This could be improved

Company holidays over Christmas and New Year are compulsory. Career opportunities, e.g. promotion chances low, as you mostly stay in your department. Management style somewhat bureaucratic, strict rules and processes. Could be more cooperative to encourage initiative and motivation of employees. Public transport connection very poor, you have to rely on a car. However, the company provides free underground parking.
