Thank you very much for your feedback. It's nice that you liked it with us. Such positive evaluations motivate the entire team. Other employees often describe the working atmosphere as familiar and praise the fact that our corporate culture is characterized by openness, collegiality and a willingness to help each other. Accordingly, as is so often the case in life, perceptions vary widely. We would like our employees to address such points openly. This is also where we can seek dialogue with the persons addressed or, if necessary, mediate.
