In the beginning they tried hard to win me as an employee. I work as a regular employee. Had I known earlier what problems would have arisen here, I would certainly have rejected the contract. Due to the financial bottleneck, salaries have been adjusted downwards and this difficult situation is also depressing the mood. Only the cohesion among each other is still good but should have been better earlier with the former executives and MA.

I heard it was supposed to be a good consulting firm. So I applied for a job there. Unfortunately I didn't hear about the personnel roaster for weeks and only after several phone calls did the personnel consultant take the time to tell me that it would only be a "fake advertisement". pity
This could be improved
less or preferably no "fake ads" at all. Applicants should be treated well and honestly. Unfortunately here not been the case therefore not to be recommended.
