In our pharmacy we have a great team and great customers. That is also the reason why I still work for Medbase. Medbase also offers a lot of training, which is very good.
This could be improved
The employees at the front (office) should be more involved. The instructions come from above and are often not useful in the day-to-day running of a pharmacy. In addition, it would be nice and motivating if you were appreciated as a worker and also received a wage increase or similar. Unfortunately this is rarely the case. There are a lot more but at some point you don't have the strength to report everything because it doesn't help anyway.
