I work in IT... Further training is promised, but applications for it are rejected. Salary below industry average, employees are at the whim of the supervisor. Communication is extremely poor, constant restructuring, extremely bad atmosphere in the department. Generally very outdated. Poor benefits, only 4 weeks vacation.
