The company is very successful and is transparent, open and innovative. Unfortunately, the guiding principles do not apply to all areas. As a production employee, you experience the company in a different light. Employees with good ideas and innovative thinking like to be pushed into the corner of the naggers. Instead of accepting constructive criticism, people prefer to stick to outdated structures. This may also be due to the age of the managers responsible. However, this is certainly not the intention of Integra Holding. It is a pity that there is no open communication. People prefer to play games rather than speak plainly when it comes to employees who have become disagreeable. One can hardly expect honest feedback. As an employer, I can therefore only recommend the company to a limited extent.
