This works well in the company

Despite the difficulties mentioned, there were also areas that I would like to highlight positively. The vocational trainers on site were committed and made every effort to make the training as good as possible. They took time for practical instructions and supported me where they could. The interaction within the team was mostly friendly and there were moments of good cooperation where people helped each other. I also found the opportunity to gain practical experience and try out different tasks valuable. This allowed me to develop important professional skills and find out where my strengths lie.

This could be improved

Unfortunately, I found that there were serious weaknesses in internal communication, which significantly impaired the training process. Communication & handling information Information was often passed on incompletely or incorrectly, which led to misunderstandings and avoidable conflicts. Employees who were not directly involved in an issue often interfered, while important information for the people actually affected was not communicated or only communicated late. In addition, decisions were sometimes made over my head, without consultation or involvement, even though they directly affected me. Case management & professional competence The lack of professional expertise in case management was particularly challenging. The responsible case managers seemed overwhelmed and often did not have sufficient knowledge of the training professions or relevant health and psychological issues. Particularly when dealing with people within the neurodivergent spectrum, which is very broad and individual, generalizations and sweeping generalizations were often made. This resulted in inappropriate decisions and false assumptions that made everyday training unnecessarily difficult. Vocational trainers The vocational trainers on site did their best and showed commitment. Under the given conditions, however, it was difficult for them to ensure structured and successful training, as they often lacked important information or communicated it too late. Conclusion The training could have gone much better if a clear, transparent and professionally sound communication structure had been in place. I hope that the company will better support future trainees by clearly defining responsibilities and providing case managers with specialist training, particularly in dealing with neurodivergent people.

This works well in the company

The team was good. The training courses are good. We worked well together during the crisis.

This could be improved

There is simply a shortage of staff. You should hire more people and save money elsewhere. The jendige who are there have to work for two but still have the same salary. They say that you can do an apprenticeship, but if you want to do it, you have to do it. Then one makes a retreat.
