Good working atmosphere in my department among us nursing staff.

A lack of nursing staff leads to an increasing number of overtime hours and, in some cases, a very high workload. Shifts are often so poorly staffed that mistakes happen or important things are lost. Poor pay and high number of hours per week compared to other Swiss players. A lot of effort is expected, but appreciation is only experienced within the team, if at all.

Communication from management good. Internal training very good.

Leadership training of the middle management level. Skilled employees are promoted to overachieving supervisors. Verification of the accuracy of job advertisements. External training is granted only reluctantly.
