Practically nothing...not even WFB....many store managers don't even have training in sales...let alone the shoe industry....

In all...wage...pers.discounts...better schuheinkauf....the customers are carried on hånden, for employees you can jump nothing...there is also a bottle of wine and a pack of spaghetti not for Christmas!!!staff must always perform like more ..sell..shoelovers card etc....wage increase never gives!!!! Was in the company for 10 years with same pay....despite my top education!!!! And life experience!!many FL don't even have industry knowledge or sales training!!!
