Good communication among each other and strong team cohesion. People "pull together". There are always interesting, innovative and challenging projects, always with a good mix of old-proven and brand-new technologies. Employees are given a lot of freedom and a lot of personal responsibility; the management of employees is real, lived leadership. There are regular updates from all areas of the company and all employees are involved in decisions.

For me personally everything is right from A-Z. Sure we can improve here and there (this is in the nature of things), but it is if really only small things.
