Their products seem nice. On the other hand not much positive things to mention.

They dont keep their promise. Very chaotic process. Cant recommend.

Communication via sign language and the Google translator works well because many employees do not understand each other's language.

There is room for improvement everywhere, especially the appreciation of employees should be reconsidered.

I think Keramik Laufen is a great employer and I don't see much potential for improvement.
