I can't mention anything positive. It is best for everyone to make their own experience as a dispatcher. Strong and good dispatchers see the problems immediately.

I quit after only 3 weeks and that in the probationary period again. It can not be that I have to sit all day in the warehouse and no one has taken care of me. I was hired as a dispatcher and not as a warehouse clerk. No one in scheduling cared about me or trained me either, it was just the opposite, I passed my knowledge on to the schedulers. I discussed these issues with the HR professional and the transportation manager and nothing was done.
