Training is poorly carried out, colleagues sometimes harass violently. Head of department knows what's going on and watches idly. I don't know at all how this company became employer of the year. Sad!! The pay's not the best either.

Major problems in the management of the respective departments. Of the total of approx. 400 employees, approx. 150 are in management, which is why they are very stuck. Not courageously enough to degrade or even dismiss old incompetent leaders. Poor reputation now well known due to poor handling of personnel management, especially in the farewell of an employee. HR only as a staff function, which actually have nothing to say to the entire management staff. It is incomprehensible how they could become the 7th place of the Swiss Employer Award 2018. This is probably due to the high fluctuation rate.

Pretends more than it really is. The structure is deadlocked, the products cannot be delivered to the customer because overpriced and inefficient. The leadership leaves big question marks open in every respect. Since people are promoted to positions that have not yet produced any significant identification. Not to mention sales support. Finances for events = question mark. So no leads either. A lot of "appearances" here, too. And last but not least, everyone here is next to themselves.

Unfortunately, this small health insurance disappoints in dealing with its employees.

Uncomplicated corporate culture. They're all yours. Customer orientation is very important. Workplaces are very modern and the collegiality is great.

A good climate in which it is easy to work with colleagues. The company offers me good opportunities to get involved and promotes training and further education.

The cooperation within the team but also across departments is pleasant and uncomplicated. The employees are very communicative, friendly and helpful. The decision-making processes are short and new ideas are always very welcome. It is a pleasure to work at ÖKK.
