Major problems in the management of the respective departments. Of the total of approx. 400 employees, approx. 150 are in management, which is why they are very stuck. Not courageously enough to degrade or even dismiss old incompetent leaders. Poor reputation now well known due to poor handling of personnel management, especially in the farewell of an employee. HR only as a staff function, which actually have nothing to say to the entire management staff. It is incomprehensible how they could become the 7th place of the Swiss Employer Award 2018. This is probably due to the high fluctuation rate.
