Ärztezentrum Solothurn

I worked as a doctor at the Solothurn Medical Center for over 6 months. At the beginning I was very well received and supported by the team. However, as time went on, technical and organizational problems arose that were only partially resolved. I felt that I was not taken seriously, not valued and unfairly excluded. The problems were actually caused by frequent changes in leadership and a lack of error culture.

Very strong personnel changes and role changes, as well as a lack of transparent communication in the team about goals and problems lead to tensions. Suggestions for improvement: Open and solution-oriented communication with every employee. Error culture and teamwork could be developed.
