In recent years, there have been some changes. GAV was introduced for the employees and a lot has changed in the assortments. Much fresh wind in the last years and one is endeavored to bring the enterprise forward.
This could be improved
Consistency in leadership in sales management would be desirable. There are some sales regions which are well managed anyway and others unfortunately very weak. I had the misfortune to be in an unstable region :-)
