The company and its activities were explained to me in great detail including a tour of all departments. First telephone contact, then 2h guided tour and a few questions, then about 3h with the CEO who questioned me intensively about materials etc., then I was shown the workflow. The company is very well organized, clean, the workplace pleasant (not noisy and set up only for the designers). Vacation regulation, sickness etc. in favor of the employees, money is invested in the company and employees, it is worked according to standard, highly intteressante work and high quality products.

Very good experience, was contacted several times, just a pity that my weak points were not addressed, so the rejection was quite a disappointment.
