Not that much, Free shift food and clothes and that's it.

The employees are not treated equally in every department, depending on the shift leader, the applicable rules are observed. If there is a shift leader who does not treat the employees equally, he has his favorites. When it comes to managers, shift A is the worst shift. Suggestion is to talk more with employees and listen to what they say and where the problems lie.
