Communication within the company can be improved considerably. A lot of things only go through management. The working atmosphere is often very tense, as there is a lot of work to be done in a very short time, which is a shame as there is less time for residents (this also leads to mistakes, e.g. with Medi distribution, food orders, etc.).

Daily routine is very stressful and there is hardly any time for residents. There are many checks to ensure that the work is being done properly. Quantity takes precedence over quality here, whether in nursing, technology or the hotel business

Encourage a culture of feedback. Feedback to management reappears as negative points in follow-up discussions and employee appraisals. Mind reading is expected and vice versa, and misunderstandings in these cases are the order of the day Everything runs behind the scenes and employees are only promised the best (which is not the case)

it's good that you have a paid break of 15 minutes in the morning and you can take free fruit. i think that's great.

The hotel is very nice from the outside, but when you're inside it's not so nice. Many of the staff seem stressed and unfriendly and rarely or never greet you, which is a pity. There is a lot of talk about how nice it is here, which is partly true, but a lot of it is just an act

A great working atmosphere, respectful interaction and all employees are on a first-name basis. A lot of value is placed on the well-being of the residents as well as the employees. There are good opportunities for further training and team building is constantly encouraged.

The employee regulations are still somewhat expandable. However, it is currently being revised and all employees have been involved in this process.

Generous employee benefits such as birthday and Christmas gifts, Merci days, 2 times a year an event for employees, free drinks, inexpensive and fine food, and, and, and ... I have had many employers, but Hofmatt is 1A in terms of appreciation!
