The security as an employee, as in the last two years at Corona, is very good.

Further education with a degree (e.g. a professional certificate) should be taken into account in the salary.

There is an open culture of discussion and feedback. That is very pleasant and motivating.

For "long-distance" employees to the place of work, free parking spaces or at least discounted rental conditions should be available, since the public transport connection is very time-consuming (e.g. from Pfäffikon to Schwyz - 30 km - 1 hour travel time).

We have a great team and a supervisor who has our back. The decision-making paths for smaller implementations and projects are very short and the necessary room for maneuver is also available. Due to the large number of offices, there are many different cultures and this leads to an interesting exchange. I personally find the annual working hours model and the possibility to work from home a big plus. The application process was very transparent and the appointments for the interviews were coordinated quickly.

There is potential in the context of digitization. I consider the path to a paperless office to be important. There has been a positive trend in the last two years. In my opinion, the channels on social media are still not used enough, and cooperation between the offices can be optimized in some cases.
