The handling of employees is underground. Those who do not defend themselves are exploited without end, there is no thank you. Therefore, there is a high fluctuation and many externals are hired to fill the gaps. More than half of the employees are external. Bosses are only concerned about their own career. If something was good, they pocket the praise and if they make a mistake, it is blamed on an employee. I'm glad that I don't have to work there anymore, especially when I hear from former colleagues that it's getting worse rather than better and they're also thinking about finding something new.

Some of the rooms are outdated, stains on the walls and carpets, open-plan offices without noise protection. Savings are made at every turn, especially on internal employees. There is only money available for the numerous expensive external employees. Internal employees are simply dismissed even after years of company service, so job security is not available, it can affect anyone at any time. There are always reorganisations. Internal employees receive little support and further training; instead, they prefer to work with expensive external specialists, who make up about half of the workforce and are sometimes there for years. The subsidized canteen, where you can have lunch for 9-10 CHF, is a positive development. It also has a sports room where you can train for 10 CHF per month. One can buy Rekachecks at a reduced price and also the vignette for the car was there the last years as a Christmas present. Once a week there's fruit. The company is easily accessible by public transport. Depending on the team there is a good team spirit and like everywhere there are good and bad superiors.
