I was allowed to explore all the steps myself and nothing was ever explained and if so, then half-heartedly. Even with the Corona wave, we got masks. Fabric masks, which you have to wash yourself. To the question why we didn't get one with a filter, we got the answer "that would be too expensive". Above all one works here with a lot of chemistry and that one does not get decent equipment, was the reason why I left.
