Dear former employee We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your work experience with us. Unfortunately, we do not know your name or what you did for CWS, so we cannot talk to your supervisor. It is correct that we initially provided our employees with washable cloth masks. This was not because we wanted to save costs, but for sustainability reasons. In the meantime, certified hygiene masks are also available to our colleagues, so everyone can choose the preferred type of mask for themselves. We take your feedback seriously.
