I have gained the impression that the company often focuses on compliance with certain rules, which may mean that the needs of employees and guests are not always sufficiently taken into account. In the long term, this could lead to dissatisfaction within the team and a lower return rate among guests. I hope that in future a better balance will be found between compliance with the rules and the needs of everyone involved
