Very good working atmosphere. People help and support each other at all times. I have never experienced such team cohesion. The only reason to stay there longer.
This could be improved
Communication. It's also due to the unstructuring. I think it will be much easier once this is complete. Sections overlap and everyone talks in. When it comes to wages, they definitely have to go over the books again - you can't earn less in any other hotel.
