Some processes are antiquated and no longer up to date. Purchasing and sales spend hours at the scanner to fax/scan documents. en vogue are paperless, automated processes to have Kapa for really important things. Inadequate documentation, no job descriptions, objectives missing....employee interviews exist only in a few areas. Discipline is not exemplified, MA without self-discipline use this shamelessly.
