Ampere Dynamic is a cool employer. You have a lot of freedom, you can take on a lot of responsibility if you want to and I was given a lot of trust in my position. The employees are very collegial with each other and we do a lot together. New employees are always very enthusiastic about how they are welcomed and how benevolently everyone explains and helps. If you want, you can also get involved in strategic issues and innovation projects. Thanks to the self-organized and participative form of organization, a lot is possible, but that also often makes it challenging.

This organizational form has many advantages. Strengths can be used in a more targeted way, teams organize themselves for the most part and make decisions together and not everything is controlled from "above". It also poses some challenges. Employees from hierarchical companies in particular often find it more difficult to get used to it and lack clear guidelines. However, the opportunities outweigh the challenges and the organization has to practice many things together and find solutions for itself.

There are many positive aspects at AD that make everyday working life enjoyable. The teamwork is excellent and there is a supportive and collegial working atmosphere. There are sooo great people here and there are lots of activities outside of working hours... The modern infrastructure and the pleasant working conditions, which make you feel at home, deserve special mention. It absolutely has to stay that way! The management is approachable and always has an open ear for employees' concerns. The tenacity with which AD tries to create a working environment in which you can develop both personally and professionally is impressive. That is impressive! Equipped with a great vision and good values, there is a lot of potential in the organization!

A lot of personal responsibility and initiative is expected. There are flat hierarchies and everyone has the opportunity to contribute and implement their own ideas. This means that you have to be well-organized and self-motivated, but it also offers great opportunities for personal and professional development. Work-life balance is sometimes a challenge in such a dynamic environment. You also have a lot of personal responsibility here - not everyone can cope with that. You often have to find solutions and make decisions on your own, which makes everyday working life interesting and varied. Things don't always run smoothly, but it's great to see the responsiveness and speed with which people react to these things. The "agile" approach is becoming more and more common and I'm convinced that it's going to be really good :)
