There is a very good team spirit and a very appreciative cooperation. The working atmosphere is excellent and the interaction friendly, but at the same time leaves room for individuality. The development focus of the company and the resulting areas of work for the employees are diverse, exciting and in tune with the times. Individual flexibility (e.g. part-time work) and entrepreneurial action are welcomed and encouraged.

As in many young companies, individual processes are still in flux or first have to be established. This can sometimes lead to ambiguities in responsibilities, but gives employees a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to actively help shape the company.
